1. All defective items, either out of box failure or damaged in shipping, are unconditionally warranted and may be replaced without cost to customer. Items are warranted for replacement against functional failure for 1 year. Replacement to be executed upon receipt and confirmation of defective item. All other non defective returns are subject to a 20 % restocking fee and all credit card, transaction and shipping costs will not be refunded.no returns will be accepted after 30 days.
2. Delivery is by Fedex or UPS and subject to those companies delivery schedules and costs. Typical delivery times are 3-10 business days, subject to item availability.
